I have been extremely satisfied with the service and performance of this
amenity. Compliments from our guests have been numerous as they express how
pleased they are that we are providing the convenience and added value of
High-Speed connection from every guest room in-house at no additional charge to
them. Connected Hotel has given us a competitive edge as I have seen a steady
increase in corporate travel business due to their installation. We had
encountered many technical and service issues pertaining to our previous
provider. This has not been our experience with Connected Hotel and there has
been virtually no maintenance required on our part.
